About Me
Hi there, I'm Dad!All my life, I've been an average, unassuming guy with a secret super power... I entertain with funny voices. My wife and I have three children. She's a preschool teacher and has a HUGE collection of books she uses with both her classroom kids and our own kids.I have the enjoyable honor of reading to them from this collection of stories, making up voices for the different characters. We've read classic books when they were little, like Goodnight Moon and Pajama Time, and we've read novels as well. My 9-year old and I are only a few chapters into "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" - that's a lot of different voices to maintain, but I do it and she loves it!When the Coronavirus pandemic hit, my wife asked me to record some of her children's books so that she could send them to the kids she teaches. That way they can get the full experience that my kids get when I read to them.If you're a parent that's reading this, hopefully, you and your kids will enjoy these books, too. If you're a teacher, feel free to use these videos in your classrooms or share with your students.I don't own any copyrights for the books I'm reading - after all, I am just Dad (you think I'm made of money?! - classic Dad joke!). If you enjoy any of the books I read, you'll find a link to amazon where you can purchase it to read at home. I hope you'll consider doing so. If you do, just a note that as an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.Happy reading!DAD
Thank You
Thanks for sending me a note. I'll try to get back to you as soon as I finish reading this story to my kids!

The Book with No Pictures

"The Book with No Pictures" has to be a dull and boring book, right? But here's the thing about words in a book... the person reading the book HAS to say those words... even if they are utterly preposterous! My kids ask me to read this book for them constantly. We've also taken it to reading days at school and my daughter's classmates still can't stop talking about it, even weeks later. If you need a great book for your reading time, I highly recommend this one.
